Berlin, 10 November 2008 – In view of the very good volume of orders and the business expectations for the coming quarters, the PSI Group has substantiated the prognosis for 2009 at about 140 million euros in sales revenues and, for the time being, 7.5 million euros for the EBIT.
The Management Board will review the prognosis in advance of the Annual General Meeting and increase it if necessary. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 28 April 2009 in Berlin.
PSI AG develops and integrates individual solutions, on the basis of its own software, for the management of energy networks (electricity, gas, oil, water, heat), cross-company production management (steel, mechanical engineering, automotive, logistics) and infrastructure management for telecommunications, transport and safety. PSI was founded in 1969 and currently employs more than 1,100 people in the group.
